If there’s nothing else you take from this guide, have it be this -
ONLY target buyer keyword phrases when you are just starting out.
The thing about targeting only buyer keyword phrases (those search
phrases and URLs that people visit when they have in the ‘buying’
mindset)…is you’re not going to get a TON of traffic (which is a good
thing…because generally if you do get a ton of traffic right away…it’s
generally higher volume UNTARGETED traffic).
So just keep that in mind…
Because now we’re going to start adding traffic sources (my favorite
part!)…and with each source you’re going to get more and more traffic.
The point is if you keep all of your keyword/URL targets aimed at the
buyers in your niche, it’s going to be much easier to manage and much
more profitable for you.
When you have more campaigns running that are VERY targeted, they
won’t require much management at all and in a lot of cases you can let
them run on NEAR auto-pilot.
I say near auto-pilot because it’s always important to keep your eye on
your business, and know what is going on at all times (or hire someone
who will keep an eye on things for you).
